US-based SaaS platform Amdocs has partnered with payment service provider Worldline to ensure merchants can expand their offerings globally.

This collaboration will allow merchants to expand their offerings in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America, while accepting multiple payment methods and currencies.

Under the agreement, subscribing merchants will have the combined capabilities of Amdocs Vindicia eCommerce cloud-based SaaS subscription monetization platform with frictionless payment and transactional commerce, and merchant payment processing solutions from Worldline, including mobile and secure payments with a preferred payment choice. method and currency for increased conversion.

According to recent research, UBS expects the subscription economy to grow into a $1.5 trillion market by 2025, implying an average annual growth rate of 18%. In the long term, they predict that subscriptions will be a trend to broaden and gain momentum in emerging markets.

Amdocs representatives said the subscription industry continues to grow, fueled by the continued diversification of subscription services. This partnership with Worldline will provide subscribing merchants with a combined solution that will allow them to create a better end-to-end experience, from acquiring to invoicing, and the ability to quickly adapt to other markets.
