Get a one month subscription for just $ 1
- PlayStation Plus is Sony’s premium online subscription service
- It allows players to access the multiplayer components of their favorite games
- It’s regularly priced at $ 9.99 per month
Players can now get a one-month PlayStation Plus subscription for just $ 1 if they haven’t yet subscribed to Sony’s premium subscription service. The offer is only available for a limited time and is about to end very soon.
Sony is currently offering the best PlayStation subscription deal return new subscribers have ever seen, and it’s up for grabs until 11:59 p.m. PDT or 2:59 p.m. EDT on Sunday.
One of the main benefits of purchasing a PlayStation Plus membership is having access to online multiplayer. For example, players can still play “Deathloop” from Arkane Studios on their PS5 without subscribing to the service. However, those who want to show off their gaming prowess against other players via PVP invasions will need an active PS Plus membership.
Apart from that, PlayStation Plus subscribers also get access to the growing list of free games available through the service. This month, PS Plus is offering “Overcooked: All You Can Eat”, “Predator: Hunting Grounds” and “Hitman 2” as free games. Those who get the $ 1 membership will be able to access the list of free PS Plus games for the next month starting October 4.
Typically, a month’s subscription to Sony’s premium subscription service costs $ 9.99, which means gamers can see huge savings with this $ 1 deal. It should be noted, however, that after the first month, the subscription will automatically renew at full price.
“Your one month subscription will automatically renew and $ 9.99 + applicable taxes will be deducted from your wallet every 1 month until you cancel. If your wallet does not have enough funds, your account’s default payment method will be charged the rest. The price may change. Sony noted on its page.
“The games included in the subscription, the online features of each game, as well as other features and benefits of the PlayStation Plus membership are subject to change,” the company added.
Sony Interactive Entertainment has not clarified whether this promotional offer is also available in other regions. At the moment, it appears to be only for returning members and new members from the United States.
Outside of the promotion period, Sony is offering a 50% discount to those who “choose to pay annually over the monthly payment and 40% off the three-month subscription plan.” This means that PS Plus subscribers can choose from the following payment methods: $ 9.99 per month, $ 24.99 for three months, or $ 54.00 for 12 months.
