More than 10,000 students have taken courses at the academy since its founding

WEST PALM BEACH, Florida – After successfully training over 10,000 students in Zoho’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Lior Izik is changing his teaching model to include live online sessions.

In 2021, Izik Izik Academy began experimenting with teaching students a mix of live online sessions and recorded sessions. The results were 45% more graduates than the conventional method of recorded sessions only.

Online learning is a $2 billion a year industry dominated by recorded courses. During last year’s lawsuit, Izik said he discovered that students consumed the recorded sessions when they had time and came to the live sessions after they had a base.

Therefore, the live sessions are short and to the point, said Izik, a Premium Zoho Partner. He added that as a Zoho Partner, he works directly with the Zoho team to provide feedback and constantly improve the system for users.

“It’s common for students to buy a course, get stuck on a lesson they don’t understand, and never come back to the course again. We’ve seen students return to live sessions to clarify questions and continue with lessons. This is a huge win for the students,” Izik said.

“I’m passionate about helping people, especially small business owners, succeed. It took me years to get a stable business, and I feel the pain of business owners trying to do the same,” Izik added. “Today, I’m not just a teacher. I implement what I preach daily in my own businesses.
