Sharjah: Designed to meet the aspirations of motivated individuals who continually seek self-improvement by developing their professional, personal and future skills without breaking the bank, the Badiri E-Academy – a free learning platform from NAMA Women Advancement based in the UAE (Badiri Education and Development Academy (Badiri), a subsidiary of NAMA), is introducing 13 new courses in the coming months – one class per week – to its existing repertoire of free online learning offerings, all designed to transmitting 21st century skills and training generations for the future.

The 13 new courses are designed to give learners the skills they need to excel in their profession and lead fulfilling lives.
College graduates and job seekers will learn how to be successful in their job interviews from the start – from writing attractive, role-specific CVs to excelling in in-person and remote interviews. Those who find it difficult to multi-task will learn to set priorities, reduce stress by avoiding time-wasting tasks. Courses will also ease the transition to remote work and feel ill-equipped to manage their teams; guide managers to develop the skills needed to effectively manage change in the workplace; managers who improve their skills with the ability to give effective feedback to their teams and exploit their potential to lead successfully in the rapidly changing digital age; and helping busy professionals who want to establish a healthy work-life balance.
Life skills; business and entrepreneurial skills
Whether you’re a college student looking to learn the basics of photography or a young professional looking to boost your social media reach with powerful imagery; or a gifted budding entrepreneur with strong ideas but lack the training and skills to turn them into successful businesses, or even an established entrepreneur or working professional transitioning to remote work and feeling ill-equipped to manage its teams, these skills are now accessible with a dedicated staff course.

All new courses are available in Arabic language or in Arabic translation.
