New “Improving Attention to Detail” online training course launched at AttentionToDetail.com
Along with the exercises, this is the closest thing to the experience of the live workshop via the online course.
The new course for Improving Attention to Detail is the online version of the live workshops presented to businesses, nonprofits, and government clients.
September 20, 2021 – Littleton, Colorado – Since 2017, Chris Denny has offered training workshops to businesses, nonprofits, and local and federal government agencies to help individuals and teams focus more on the details.
Chris developed the system to improve attention to detail through over 6 years of research, working with business leaders and employees, and surveys. He started the search when one of his own employees needed training and couldn’t find adequate solutions. When applied, the system helps people and teams reduce errors, improve task and process accuracy, and even dramatically improve communication.
An online version of the workshop has also been available since late 2017, but it was simpler and lacked some of the functionality of the live workshops. So Chris recently recorded and created an updated version of the online course that is similar to the live workshop experience. Chris summed up the new online training course: âBy far the most common feedback I have had about the online course is that people liked it but wanted hands-on exercises to accompany the training. So, in addition to updated research and in-depth deliberation, the new online certificate course includes 5 exercises that we perform in live workshops. Along with the exercises, this is the closest thing to the experience of the live workshop via the online course.
New Attention to Detail Certificate Course consists of three videos and lasts about 2 hours in total. Chris recommends setting aside an extra 30 minutes to perform the exercises properly. Of course, you might even want to spend more time on one or two of them, especially the exercise on developing a system that reduces errors to zero. He says that in the workshops, the exercises are the times when people have the most âahaâ moments as they discover solutions to the problems and challenges they have faced. The course also includes additional material and bonus courses.
Chris’ Attention to Detailing clients include BASF, Schneider Electric, ARCO Murray, Cintas, and many other large and mid-sized businesses; government agencies such as the Department of Defense and many city and county agencies, and countless non-profit organizations. He adds, âMost people and teams who take the course do so to correct specific issues such as process errors or to make general improvements in the areas of accuracy and productivity. They are often surprised at how much the course contributes to improving communication within teams because of the exercises and conversations we open around common concerns and challenges.
The Attention to Details online certificate course is available for individual employees or large groups. A discount is automatically applied for groups of 3 or more and larger discounts – up to 75% – are available for groups of 15 or more by contacting Chris.
The the course is available on AttentionToDetail.com and you can contact Chris here via the site to ask questions about online courses or live workshops. Coaching for individuals is also available.
