Tiffin University will be offering a free two-week online course to undergraduate and graduate students who wish to try online learning.

The course, “Diversity in Education,” begins July 19 and will explore cultural, ethnic, economic, gender and racial differences and similarities in American society.

“We understand that students may fear online learning,” said Ali Havrilla, director of online enrollment management. “This free trial course will help allay any concerns a potential student might have about online learning. Students will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with our online learning platform and the expectations of an online course.

Participants can expect one homework per week to get a feel for how e-learning works. In addition, they will have authentic interactions with a Tiffin University faculty member and other potential students in a live online environment. The course is free and no textbook is required. Individuals who register for this course will not earn college credit.

To reserve your spot, visit apply.tiffin.edu/register/democoursefallsession21 or contact Ali Havrilla at [email protected] or 419-448-3442.
