GREIGSVILLE — Fourth-seeded York/Pavilion defeated No. 5 Notre Dame 40-30 on Friday night in a Division V Class D quarter-final soccer match.

Kadin Peete put on quite a show as the senior rushed 16 times for 133 yards, also scored on a 72-yard TD reception and fended off a punt for 58 yards and another score for the Golden Knights.

Senior QB Maddox Timothy passed 10 of 16 for 182 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran seven times for 41 extra yards.

Ryan Brady caught four balls for 49 yards while Joe Bauer had four receptions for 40 yards.

On defense, Maverick Coffey had a team-best 10 tackles, while Brennan Royce added seven tackles with a sack and a forced fumble.
